The kindness of our pilot Pete for helping us seniors to get down fr our basket by offering us to use a stool n was there to assist all of us (6senior) get off our basket!At the beginning the staff should have offered us a stool to get on our baskets to begin our ride though we requested but they just assisted us.The stool could have made things easier.Everything is fine otherwise!Thank u !!!

Awesome! This company is super professional and organized. My ride was flawless. It was way smoother than riding in a car. I’m afraid of heights, but I never felt scared. The baskets are beautiful and in great condition. It was super stable. The views are breathtaking! This was my favorite part of my trip to Napa. I just wish this company operated everywhere in the world so I can do more rides in beautiful places. This was an amazing experience fir my first hot air ballon ride!

This was on my bucket list. I’m so glad this opportunity became available to us. OMG this flight was wonderful. Our pilot Jim was informative and drew on his 40 years experience flying balloons to give an experience we will never forget. Wonderful wonderful !!!!!
