This was an INCREDIBLE experience! Captain Logan was very kind and knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. We saw several baby sharks, many types of fish, alligators, and different crabs in the mangroves, then finally hit a pod of manatees and got to watch the mama and her baby swim around us for quite a while. Even if we wouldn’t have seen any manatees, the trail was incredible and it was amazing just being out in the Everglades in our kayaks like that. So much closer to the action and you can go at your own pace to see the things you’re interested in. We’ve already told all our friends and family about it! It was an absolutely wonderful experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Logan made sure that each of us got to be in front of the line and all of us saw all the wildlife. We saw sharks, a blue heron, an alligator, blue crab, various fish and then we found the manatee!

Excellent Activity with Phenomenal Tour Guide & Front Desk Check-in Experience!

Justin was a fantastic tour guide, who emphasized safety, fun, & education in equal measure! The equipment was clean & functional, & the put-in & take-out locations were appreciated, especially for many of us less experienced kayakers. Unfortunately, mother nature did not cooperate this morning, as we did not see any alligators & only a manatee nose or two. However, the bull sharks, fish, birds, & plant life were visible, which prompted Justin to share interesting information & amusing stories about them. The only downside to this trip was that, unless you were in one of the front kayaks near Justin, most of what he said could not be heard. While we started out in the front, we peeled off to the back of the line to allow others better positioning to hear/see announced points of interest. It was implied that this repositioning would continue throughout the tour, but that didn't happen, so we ended up in the very back for the majority of the time, thereby missing out on much of the info shared. Suggest a more consistent equitable positioning of participants throughout the tour to minimize this issue in the future. Also, want to give a shout out to Chastanna, who was working the tour desk counter, & is so friendly, knowledgeable, & personable that I could have chatted with her all day! Highly recommend this activity with this company. Just make sure they keep the kayak repositioning going, so you don't get stuck in the back the whole time.

Justin was a great tour guide-very informative and really took the time to try to get us the best sightings of wildlife. We got a chance to see a lot of things we were hoping for-herons, bull sharks, blue crabs, dolphins, and a bit of a manatee. He also gave us great food recommendations when we returned! Beautiful scenery-it is a bit of an exertion but he gave us good tips on conserving our energy. Very enjoyable!
