I am giving the company, Joy Ride, one star because when we arrived for our golf cart tour, it was pouring rain with lightning. We asked if we could reschedule for another time during the week because of the inclement weather conditions, but they were completely inflexible and would NOT allow us to do that so we left. I understand their cancellation policy of 24 hours notice, but weather that is not safe to be out in should be an exception. In my opinion that is horrible customer service and for that reason alone, I would NOT recommend booking a tour with this company!!

We had a great time with Joe! My mother and I took this tour. Joe was personable and shared a lot of history of the sites we seen. The golf cart we took was a little loud, but touring with Joe was great! He went out of the way to make sure we had a great experience. He even gave us some great information about Whisky Jam and it was great! I would recommend this tour, but be sure you ask for Joe.
