This was such an awesome time. I was very nervous as a single woman traveller, but Anchal was so awesome. The class didn't have enough people so we did it at her house at first. I was completely nervous and sketched out about being kidnapped, but it was totally fine. She picked me up in her car at the metro station and then taught me to make 5 different dishes. it was awesome and she took the extra time for me to learn more, like about paneer, and how to make yogurt. Was a really great afternoon.
