Great experience We booked last minute the night before and they did not get our confirmation for some reason so we had to go the next day Make sure the office calls to confirm the morning of your trip They were very accommodating And helped us to get it all figured out Loved the plantation tour I only Wish we would have gotten to go on the fan boat tour instead of the larger pontoon boat Maybe I read it wrong So make sure you read the add The shuttle driver KP was definitely one of the best parts. That man really knows how to make you have a great time!!
Excellent! Glad we experienced both the swamp and plantation tours.

A guide by the name of Steven gave a wonderful, very knowledgeable presentation on cane sugar and the making of brown and white sugars and molasses. I wish we could have spent more time with Steven. Overall, I and my family had a wonderful experience on the Oak Alley Plantation tour and the swamp boat ride.

Seeing the smiles on my family faces the Laura Plantation was very informative The swamp tour was the best

Our bus tour guide was Steven, and he was awesome. So much information abd so many anecdotes! Several people booked additional tours with the company requesting him as a tour guide. Oak Alley was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Tour guide Rhett was great. Additional assistance from workers around the estate went above and beyond And, oh, the mint juleps!

Plantation tour needs to be a little lo nger. Had to rush to make it back to the bus for departure. Swamp boat ride was really fun and informative.

Just Okay.

I wanted this tour to be awesome, as it was my first time to New Orleans. We got picked up at our Hotel, which was a plus and taken to the Plantation. We got there about 9:30 a.m. and only had about 2 hours to explore the grounds and the house. By the time we were done with the house, it didn't leave much time to eat at the restaurant or see everything on the grounds. When we got back to the shuttle at 11:30, there were many people missing from the tour. We ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes on the Shuttle, while Rick the driver sat and talked about recipes to another tour goer. After, we finally complained, he finally made a call and got out of the shuttle to look for the missing people. After, we finally got on our way to the swamp. When we arrived at the swamp tour, the driver informed us to go inside ourselves and check-in and that he was leaving and for us to inquire about getting back to our hotel with the swamp staff, which confused most of us. when we got inside, they didn't have our name listed so we had to dispute our reservation for a little. Then, like most other reviewers mentioned, we had to wait over an hour for the next swamp tour. There was a really run-down bar that was really sketchy next to the office and no where else to eat or see anything. The swamp tour was underwhelming. You do see a lot of alligators, but our particular tour guide was insulting and made it uncomfortable for those who don't live in the south. and at that point, we just wanted to leave. When the tour ended, the office staff informed us to walk to the parking lot and there would be shuttles to bring us back, which of course.....they didn't have our name on the list, we then had to dispute with the very rude driver who ended up dropping us off a block away from our hotel instead of the actually hotel.
Wonderful experience

I really enjoyed both the plantation and swamp tours. The swamp tour did last a little longer than I expected, but it was a good experience. The drive to and from both locstions was about and hour. We spent about 2 hours at the plantation, and 3 hours at the swamp with 1 hour being a wait period before the next tour. Overall, I enjoyed myself very much.

We loved Oak Alley, it was so beautiful! We loved the samp tour as well. However, I did not like that we didn’t know until we got dropped off for the swamp tour after oak alley we had to wait a little over an hour until the swamp tour. It would of been nice to know as there was really nothing to do in the are.

We loved visiting the beautiful Oak Alley plantation and drinking their mint juleps! The swamp boat tour was alot of fun looking for alligators, we found about 13! We went to the Mona Lisa bar just down the street from the swamp tour for bevies while waiting for bus. The people were so friendly in there. All around great trip!
