Was very disappointed…trip didn’t happen….we weren’t notified until we Ubered to the departure site that it had been canceled. I understand things happens but a cancellation notification would’ve been greatly appreciated

Cancellations were emailed as soon as we learned that the cruise could not take place due to a maintenance issue. It was sent to the email on file. It was the fastest way to reach everyone ticketed for that event. Our apologies if you did not see that email.

It was canceled and I wasn’t notified until trying to get tickets to board. But keep messages about it but nothing about it being canceled. Waiting on my refund!

Fun, relaxing few hours in NOLA

Fun, relaxing way to spend a few hours in NOLA. We chose the Jazz Brunch cruise. The timed entry for the brunch made getting to brunch easier with a shorter line. Many of the items on the brunch were delicious. The river history and information was a nice addition. The jazz band was fun but it was hard to hear them in the dining area. The crew and staff were very nice and helpful.

Customer service is excellent. Tony made us very happy, he’s such a great server. Tony made my birthday even more special by having the other staff sign a birthday card for me.Despite my food restrictions he still made my birthday brunch enjoyable. LOVE LOVE the salad!! Definitely need the dressing

Not what I expected at all. The jazz was for senior citizens. The food was not good and the options for someone whom is vegan was screwed.
