This is the worse , we just got to one attraction the rest of the 3 we couldn't use it because atracción were close , just got 60 days to reuse them we don't live in NY that's mean out money got to waste , call Viator they contact the operator and they said is nothing they can do more than 300 to waste

I have been trying to schedule my visits, but it is not possible in advance. I have to go direct to each place and try to find available spots allowing my visit. Not convenient and easy. Also tried to contact them via chat and there is no answer at all. Very stressful

Scam and rip off!!!

Tried to buy two attraction tickets. The dates changed after I booked them. Called to get it changed BACK. They said they're was nothing they could do to help me And informed by booking with them. I'm now almost 300$ rip off! BEWARE!!!!

Nothing was clear on the instructions when you purchase these passes. Now where did I see you needed to make a reservation oh, it just say it show up at your first activity and show your pass. We lucked out and was able to do the catacombs.

Purchased 4 x 7 attraction New York City Explorer Pass. Only able to use it once, due to everything closing because of Corona virus. Viator refunded the unused value, excellent customer service.
