Manoa Waterfall Small-Group Adventure with Hidden Trail Hike

Get off the beaten path as you explore one of the most beautiful waterfalls on Oahu, Manoa Falls, during this 4-hour excursion. It’s a great chance to explore the lush natural environment and beautiful scenery that have earned this island a deserved reputation as a tropical paradise.

Start your day with pickup from your Waikiki hotel at either 8am or 2pm (depending on the tour departure option you select). Please note that any guests not staying at a hotel in Waikiki will need to arrive at the Ala Moana Hotel for their pickup. 

Then journey to the start of your hiking excursion, situated on the Manoa Trail just outside of Honolulu. Follow along with your trip’s guide and nature expert as you journey on 2-mile hike for about 2 hours into the lush-green forest along the trail. The hike proceeds at a moderate pace and sometimes features wet and slippery terrain due to the frequent moisture in the area. As you walk, listen to insightful commentary from your guide about area’s unique natural history, geology and ecosystem.

Soon you’ll arrive at the towering Manoa Falls, a waterfall with a vertical drop of around 150 feet (45m). This beautiful waterfall has earned plenty of camera time from tourists and Hollywood alike, thanks to its role as a filming location for Steven Spielberg’s 1997 movie, The Lost World.

After getting a few good photos of this amazing natural sight, proceed back to your transport for the ride back to Waikiki for a drop-off at your hotel.
