Warning! Deceptive advertising and unreasonable refund policy!

Warning! Viator representation of this tour is inaccurate. It is NOT the USS memorial tour- it's an AUDIO tour! Go to recreation.gov and you can buy the same audit tour, and the real USS Arizona tour on the boat. Further, their refund policies are unreasonable, and the recreation.gov policies are better. I lost my $112 because I thought I was buying a tour of the Arizona, not a marked-up audio tour, and they refused to refund my money. Caveat Emptor!

The time spent on the actual memorial above the sunken battleship was a very sobering yet pride inspiring experience. The park rangers are very versed in WWII history and especially the events of Dec. 7, 1941 at Pearl Harbor. Visiting the Arizona memorial was on my bucket list. I am so glad that I experienced it.

They Sell the guided tour but no...

They Sell the guided tour but no entrance in the uss arizona and i didn t noticie they announced that. Only after buying and as i bought the day before i Could not Change. To buy the entrance it is necessary to go early in the morning for the long queiu and was exactly what i wanted to avoid. To buy the guided tour localy there is no queue and it it is chapear 5 . Só i ser no advantage in buying in advance.
