The audio tour was great, and the vr tour was pretty good as well, though the cg could be updated. Had a great time, but the staff, particularly at the gate and the info booth were not very warm or friendly. They did answer questions, and were helpful, they just didn’t seem to want to be there.

The movie with many clips from the times before, during and after the attack on Pearl Harbor. It really gave an insight into this event.

Know what you’re getting

Be careful, this package does not include everything you need to enjoy the experience. It provides a narrated walking tour, including the USS Arizona, but does not include a ticket to GET to the USS Arizona. If you’re like me and you do not know what to expect, you might overlook the importance of that extra ticket. Trust me, you do not want to overlook it. Buy that ticket in advance online (recreation.gov) because it will not be available at the site. Your only alternative will be to stand in line and wait for standby (which we did for three hours in 90 degree heat) or skip the USS Arizona, which is really the heart of the experience. And check the audio equipment before you begin your tour, only one of our two units actually worked. All that being said, incredible experience, not to be missed. Just be careful to check all the boxes before you go.

A very moving experience. This tour did NOT include the boat ride out to the Arizona and memorial, but you can typically get on a boat later in the day. The narration made the whole visit!

Everyone should visit the memorial when visiting Oahu, incredible! The only downside booking through this site is I don’t recall being told it was a separate booking to take the boat to the memorial. Luckily we found out about standby and got on a boat
