I was very happy with this adventure. The bus was on time at the pickup location, and then the van ride to the destination was smooth sailing. The guide on the airboat was knowledgeable and entertaining, and the ride itself was beautiful. There was also plenty of time to look at the other animals at the location as well as get an un-rushed lunch before it was time to head back. I was on the hour-long trip, and I recommend it. I don't think the half-hour version would be enough time.

Nice tour, but awful phone service of Gray Line

The experience started of quite badly with the one of the most arrogant phone service I have encountered on the tour company Gray Line. We ordered the tour a day in advance and were supposed to call to schedule the pickup. We rang several times without any answer. When finally someone answered, the girl’s tone told us we were stupid and it felt like we were giving her trouble. I find that the service level in America normally is excellent, but this girl really hates her job and shouldn’t work with customer service. The tour was good, the driver and guide was nice and it was a lovely experience to see the swamp and we spotted two wild alligators!

This was a great tour. Billy our driver was very informative and helpful about this tour and restaurants to go to. We were upgraded to the hour tour and was very happy as the half hour tour would not have been long enough. We saw huge alligator sunning himself and an area where there were new baby alligators of this year and of 2017 and 2016. Amazing to see such a difference in their size in three years. Definitely worth the money and travel time.

Fabulous day , make sure you have warm clothing with you as it was freezing on the airboat. Saw quite a few alligators out on th Everglades and the guy manning the boat ensured you got yout moneys worth. Book the hour trip as 30 minutes not enough time. Driver Billy professional and friendly .

The guide and boat tour was extremely cool. We went on the coldest day in Orlando in 4 years and were told it was highly unlikely we would see any Gators. We saw a few.. but the birds and otters we saw along the way made this tour pretty amazing. The zoo animals were cool too as well as the opportunity to feed a few captive gators. I would return to this tour on another visit to Orlando.

Loved gliding over the Everglades in an air-boat. The scenery was spectacular and we were able to get up close and personal with a nest gator and her eggs! Loved the aligator feeding and the albino gaters!
