The driver was great and the ride was pleasant but this was not a tour. It was just a ride. For a lot of money. We still had to pay separately for a tour at mt Etna. I know It said you had to pay the entrance fee, but I didnt realize we were just getting dropped off and the fee was an extra €65. Taormina was lovely, but again we were just dropped off. I dont Think I’d go this direction especially for the cost

Dear Sirs, I'm sorry you hadn't been happy with this private tour or day excursion, but we think that all is perfectly decribed on the Viator page, above all highlighted what are the inclusions and what are not included. So I'm very disappointed about your unpleasant review, since each step is clearly described, on our side there's the amazing matter that the tour has been sold many many times this year, it is the most popular between those in our offering, the mostly of our Customers have spent pleasant and kind words about us.
