NEVER IN YOUR LIFE book with viator. The worst customer service I have experienced. They truly don’t care about their customers. I booked this 3 months ago and have been waiting for 3 months for an issue i had. They say they will contact me and never do. They have no regards for their customers. There were so many people waiting to board (as they do not provide tix to a specific tour) the upper deck was completely full when we boarded. The have a loo on board but it wasn’t operational. The guided tour was difficult to hear as internet was spotty and announcements often occurred while cruising under a tunnel.

We were quite disappointed with the trip overall as was expecting to have a tour guide explaining buildings/sights as we were passing, but there was none of that - only individual phone type things that you could hold to your ear if you wanted… however several of these were not working properly near where we sat, so this wasn’t an option anyway! Left feeling quite dissatisfied & wouldn’t recommend this tour

This was an excellent tour, we are a family of 5, and none of us had any issues connecting with the wifi or listening to the commentary. We learned things about buildings not as familiar to us, and the history of Paris in general. We rode the 12pm time and it was not crowded.

I had heard good things about this boat cruise, unfortunately didn’t enjoy it. It was overcrowded with rude people. Most of the handheld speakers for the audio guide were broken and it was frustrating to hold something the whole time. The description said their was AC, but there is not it’s just open air. Look for a different company with smaller boats that has more attention to the experience instead of just funneling masses of people through.

Nice enough boats, but we were shocked that we had to wait in line without social distancing for quite some time prior to boarding the boat. The most disappoint aspect of the cruise was the audio guide which was absolute rubbish and failed to give you a good idea and feeling for the stunning sites you see from the boat

The trip was just right a d probably best for the beginning of a first trip to Paris. No booze, not too long to get cold or bored, it hits the core historic area and sights from the Tower to Notre Dame. If I wanted a romantic tour or detailed guided tour I would have chosen differently

Website not in sync?! We booked seats over the internet for 10:00 am on Sunday. Rushed to the dock to find out that boats only leave at 12:00 am ?!. There was no sign, no info, nothing. The info came from the man hosing the pier. Unfortunately we had plans in the afternoon, so had to rush off after the cruise. The cruise itself was ok, nothing to complain about.

The boat was lovely! Comfortable and warm. Nice interior with glass windows all around so you can see the view. Nice staff Only down side was that I didn’t know what sites I was passing, nothing was really being said. Didn’t bother me too much because I just want to enjoy the ride in peace. But if that’s the type of cruise you want with lots of information then you might be dissatisfied a little bit. But for me and my beloved it was a nice cosy time to spend together
