The guide was very nice. However for the extra money not really worth it. The line was not long when we got to the tower and the information was ok but not great. If I could do it again I would just show up and get the tickets directly from the tower.

We enjoyed the visit very much: Very good organization, don’t wait on the lines, slow pace visit so you have owl type time to see the différents levels/views, accompanied with a personal guide, teaching about the history of the Eiffel Tower but also on Paris in general. My most memorable experience is that I did not get a chance to have one... Make sure you scroll down your screen when Viator sends you an email telling with the subject "Your Tickets are Here" and you see a barcode. This barcode is NOT your ticket. You actually have to get them at an office away from the Eiffel Tower. If you're like me and you realize it once you've gone through security you don't want to go out of the area again. That was some of the most $250 wasted in my life when I saw the disappointment of my children who had been waited for this moment for a long time.
