The rate was excellent and better than what most offered. I received a confirmation email the day before we were leaving Mexico. To not have to think about our transportation, to the airport, was a relief. The driver arrived earlier than expected, which was just fine. He was very nice. The van was well air conditioned. The ride was smooth. Thank you!!

Got off the our flight and they immediately texted to welcome us and told us to contact them as soon as we cleared customs. They gave us great introductions and were waiting for us as we came outside really was amazing service!! They were fast friendly and very courteous. Unreliable transportation from Cancun airport to our hotel. Pick up was scheduled for 7:30pm. Took nearly an hour of waiting before they arrived. Someone named 'Chris' finally called just before 8pm and said his driver was 15 minutes away and that he had 'gotten a flat tire'. 15 minutes turned into 25. No apology when the car got there or follow up that night. The car wasn't even clean when we got in it.
