Great guide . So amazingly knowledgeable! Made all the difference having him. Would def recommend going to Archeological Museum in Naples afterwards you see what they took there from the villas etc. Just stunning!!

We have booked the Vesuvius and the Pompeii tour. Because of Corona there were very few visitors. Nevertheless, the Pompeii tour was a really interesting experience with a lot of knowledge and emotion. We did the Vesuvius tour with our guide Francesco. Although there were only three of us, Francesco was not only highly motivated but also showed us his Pompeii with the personal highlights afterwards, as he lived there. So we can only recommend these tours highly.

Our tour guide was very informative, interesting & humorous. On a very hot day he was also kind enough to find us shade to stand in whilst he explained that particular area. We booked an English tour, the guide spoke very clear English. Really recommend !

This tour was excellent. The tour guide, Michele, was amazing and is the main reason I've given this tour 4 stars. The knowledge imparted from Michele was second to none, and I would like to pass my thanks and gratitude to him for such incredible explanations. The site is huge and as such, the tour does not go to all places within the Pompeii site. I felt the cost of the tour was a little high as it was a walking tour with no extras (food, water, map or information). I would absolutely do the tour again and recommend it to others. I thought Michele was an amazing guide and so charismatic, but the cost when compared with tours we've done in other historic locations, or even boat tours etc, seemed comparatively high. Also, we may have booked on a day when entry was free (first Sunday of the month) and there was no reduced cost. This is not reflective in my review or rating however.

Thank you for your feedback! With the tour you can see the most important points of the city in two hours, because Pompeii is very large. Unfortunately, there is no longer any more free entry on the first Sunday of the month in this period.

Diego was a passionate and fun guide who really walked us through the ruins. All of the broken stones and the city came to live when you hear the stories behind. He also offered tips after the tour about where to go and what to do. Would definitely recommend!
