Worst Trip Ever

We took this trip last Tuesday from Porec. While the tour said it was from Pula, Rovinj and Porec, the tour company decided on another stop in Umag, taking local roads and not the Main Road. It took 2.5 hours to get to Piran, which is a beautiful town. We had no air conditioning on the bus and this made for a very uncomfortable trip. There was a delay getting through the border of about 15 or so minutes. A replacement bus was sent to Piran for the trip to Portoroz and home. The company did offload some passengers which were on the tour and staying in Pula and Rovinj at the board and put them in a Minivan for their journey home. They had been on this bus for so long. The bus back to Porec had a toilet but the driver would not open it. All in all this was tour was not organized properly and I certainly would not recommend it - perhaps another tour company would do a better job. Our Tour Guide agreed that this was a terrible day. I don't usually complain but felt this should be shared.

As you know from contact with our booking centre, except for the pick-up points listed in the name of the excursion, depending on the bookings, there might be pick-ups in other places too. The trip was conducted as per itinerary, so no hours were lost. We most certainly agree with you on the matter of air conditioning. We reacted as immediately as possible, and we changed the bus in Piran. Nevertheless, we are truly sorry for all the inconveniences that happened during your trip. We strive to offer the most perfect experience, but sometimes things don't work out as we would like.
