Tour is great, at each stop you have a little time to explore and take photographs.. Sarah was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of the history of the area, details about each stop-lots of waterfalls and overall well worth the experience of not having to drive.

In Spite Of TLC, I Went Chasing Waterfalls - And Loved It

John was a knowledgeable, friendly, and laid-back tour guide throughout our waterfall and historic Oregon tour. He shared deep expertise on not just the waterfalls, but the historical figures and events that helped shape the various landmarks of Oregon. We were provided ample time at each waterfall to take pictures and take in the surroundings. Despite being an out-of-shape husky guy, the hiking was never too arduous both from a speed and elevation perspective. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to spend a few hours getting outside the city, but don't have the time or energy to invest in a full-day tour.

Everyone else on our tour did the biking option and we ended up getting an amazing, private hiking tour with Jonathan who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about environmental preservation. The hikes were all paved, safe, and extremely manageable. Finally, we were happy to support one of the few local family-owned tour companies. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking to learn more about the waterfalls but also a lot about the history of Portland!
