The Best Pasta Class
, Feb 2020
Maria was absolutely fantastic! Very personal as it was just the 3 of us. Such a friendly personality and she was so much fun! She did a great job of really taking us through the different types of pasta and then how to make our own. All together a wonderful experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat
Don’t Leave Rome Without Doing This!
, Feb 2020
Our teacher (Isabella?) was absolutely fantastic. She gave us a warm welcome on arrival and a glass of Prosecco to settle in with. Then she dove into the history of pasta and the importance of specific ingredients. She taught us how to properly feel if/when the dough is ready (and also, if made at home, how to correct potential mistakes). She showed us how to use a hand-cranked pasta roller and even let us roll two different types of pasta! Afterwards, she showed us how to roll dumplings (tortellini & ravioli) and how to properly seal them. The. It was on to dessert; Italy’s famous Tiramisu. She showed us how to make it traditionally, then allowed us to put our own spin on it to make it to our taste. And for the crown jewel of the class, we got to have a delicious house-made fresh pasta dish that was incredibly delicious, followed by our Tiramisu. All of which were stunningly beautiful & tasty. There is nothing we did not enjoy about our class. It was informative, fun, and of course, delicious!! Thank you so much for the experience!! We will definitely be recommending you to everyone we know =)
A Perfect Couples Night Out In Rome!
, Feb 2020
My husband and I LOVED this!! Cute place, personable staff, delicious food. Location was very easy to find walking between Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Great for a couples night out in Rome! We did the 5pm class and had the place to ourselves, learned how to make pasta and tiramisu, and by the time we ended at 7pm the restaurant was full and we were enjoying our meal! We are excited to return home and make homemade pasta for our family :)

Pasta making in Rome
, Feb 2020
We loved this experience. It was in a small little ristorante in the heart of Rome. We walked to it from our hotel...about a mile! Ellen was our teacher for the day and she was great! She had everything set up for us when we arrived! We learned all about the different pastas and their origins first while we drank Prosecco! The pasta making was so fun and easy enough to do when I return home. Once the pasta making was done we prepared our dessert...tiramisu! Ellen had the cream filling already made but explained to us how to make it at home. We ordered our meal. My meal was tagliatelle with goat cheese and ground pepper....Fantastic!! I have never had classic tiramisu...that was fantastic as well. I will be making that at home too! For the price this was a perfect way to end our trip! So fun and a great value!

This was amazing and such good value for money. Daniela was our teacher and she was brilliant! So close to the Trevi fountain, the pasta and tiramisu making was fun and insightful.
Lovely restaurant with delicious menu
, Jan 2020
My daughter and I were the only ones that day. The pasta making happened at a table for two in the ristorante dining room. There were customers sitting in the room as well. The lady who taught us about pasta and how to make it was very sweet and the experience was pleasant. Although we did think we would be in a kitchen and be eating our creations, we were not. Due to regulations, they couldn't cook the pasta we made in their kitchen, so we were offered a choice of pasta for lunch from their menu. The food was very, very good. Wonderfully, authentic, homemade Italian food! We basically assembled the tiramisu. The coffee and mascarpone cream was already made. However they include some chocolate ganache and cookie crumbles to add to our creations and it was so delicious! We were able to take our pasta home and I'm sure it would have been great if we could cook it, but just visiting - we didn't have that means. Definitely a great memory!
