This was the best tour we’ve ever had in Italy and one of the best anywhere. Our guide Nikolai, was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we did exactly what we wanted. When we wanted to stop, he stopped. If I saw a picture I wanted, he stopped so I could make it. When we passed something we wanted to see, he went back to the spot to make sure we saw exactly what we wanted. It would have taken days to walk to all over Rome to see what we saw in 3 hours. I accidentally made the tour for the wrong day and the company could have just refused to honor the reservation since I discovered my mistake only about 12 hours in advance. Instead, they worked with me to rebook it. Instead of a morning tour, ours left at 5 pm and it was perfect on a hot day. I have bad knees so it was perfect for me but I would recommend this tour for anyone. It was a little pricey, but the only way you can see all the major sites in Rome in only 3 hours.

Our tour guide, Niccoli, with Iteritaly.com was incredible! He was highly educated and he knew all the history behind everything. He took us by all the important spots and he also took us to the best secrets of Rome, too. We stopped very often to take pictures. We felt like we had our own personal tour of Rome with the best guide ever! Grazie Mille, Nick!! We took the tour on our first day and we really got to see more of Rome than if we had planned it ourselves. If we did nothing else in Rome we felt we had seen the real City. My husband said it was a highlight of our trip and we learned so much from Niccoli. We will do it again the next time we come to Rome.

We met with our tour guide at 9:30 in the morning, she was on time and very personable. Stated that she was ours for the next 3hrs and gave us the option of what to see and we wanted to see fountains. She was very knowledgeable on the sites and fountains and super to ride with. We saw Bourghese Gardens, 5 different fountains and the Pantheon. We learned the history of each place visited and got some great pictures to take home. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants an individualized view of Rome. Wonderful experience.

It was a perfect day with the perfect guide. Ivanna P was our introduction to the city and the golf cart gave us close up access to things we would not otherwise. She was knowledgeable and so pleasant. Very concerned with our comfort. We would recommend this tour with this lovely guide very highly.

Extremely upset and disappointed and mad

We came to Rome to celebrate my mom‘s 90th birthday. We were traveling all day Monday and half of Tuesday. I booked this trip for October 23, because on the 22nd we were traveling all day. When we arrived in Rome I had an email from the golf company saying where are you? At 9:30 in the morning. This was last night at 5:30 PM when I arrived at my hotel. I spoke to a very nasty man who claims I made the reservation on the 22nd which I never did and never would have because I was traveling. He said he could not give me my money back and he could not do anything for me all he knows is that I didn’t show up. I explained that somebody made a mistake. I spent $229 and got nothing for it. Is there something that you can do for me. I have four more trips booked with you and I feel like canceling I’m so upset. What a horrible first day in Rome

Personal, prioritising, perfect. No slogs uphills or waiting for bus passengers, very business like and relaxing. This is the only way to see Rome especially with Valentina.

I must start by saying that I booked it for the 29th of June and we went to meet the tour a day early. My mistake. However they had room for us an we were able to go on that day. I was a concerned about going on a golf cart and I had my reservations. "THIS WAS THE BEST TOUR EVER"! I never even heard of Viator before this trip so we took a chance. Our guide was superb, the ride was nice and we even got to see the Keyhole. In a word, fantastic. We also took Viator tours in Venice, Florence and the Vatican and they were all very professional and exceeded our expectations.

We loved this morning-long tour of Rome, to start off our stay. Ivanna was a wonderful guide, a gifted young lady who has a great way with kids - including teenagers! If we had it to do all over again, we would (again) start off our first trip to Rome exactly this way!

Tour was excellant allowing access to areas not possible through traditional means. Valentino was quite enjoyable and very tune to the history and art of the city, being an artist herself.
