Bad Customer service
, May 2022
The bus was not on time I had to wait an hour. But they stressed me to be there 10 minutes before my scheduled time and it was not a pleasant experience. One of the person‘s checking tickets on the bus was so rude and disrespectful because I could not find my ticket, I showed her my reservation and my code to rescan and she kept screaming that I need to show her the ticket they issued on the first bus. I asked to rescan or look in the system to check my reservation for 24h bus usage. She kept making me feel as I don’t understand and screaming. Than I found my ticket. Bad customer service!
Great experince, safe way to travel around the city.

We got to see everything and went back for more. The running commentary was easy to follow, made the whole experience more memorable.
Bus over full. Can't get on.
, May 2022
We left the tour. The buses were always so full that you couldn't get on. Don't do this tour. They need more buses.

Poor service
, May 2022
We waited an hour at Stop 8 for the bus. At stop 3 when we tried to re-board, the stop attendant told us to stop while he lead a group on first. He called us liars after we stated we had waited another 1/2 hour, saying a bus just left 3 minutes ago. With delays we missed Colosseum tour. Travel to stop 1 we were given new tickets but not of the same value. Staff is worried about selling and not providing assistance after sale is complete.
Maps sometimes not as good as they could be.
, May 2022
Our only criticism is that the maps are not always correct! Enjoyed seeing the 'sites' and choosing the next day, which ones we wanted to visit.
Definitely worth doing

Great way to see the main sights of the city. Sometimes you have a long time for space on the bus, particularly on the weekends.

Can't really rate. Family rode the bus once for only 3 stops although I paid for 2 days. I did have a problem with pulling up the tickets so it's best to print off before arriving.
Do not buy ticket online.
, May 2022
We were told not to buy the ticket thru Viator but to purchase at the bus stop location for less and can have access to 2 different buses.

, May 2022
The Red bus arrived at its first stop 1 1/2 hr after the 9am opening time. Numerous other buses were at stop #7 a few minutes after 9:00 and continued to arrive well before the first red bus came. Now good staging of busses for the RED hop on hop off

Long waits at each stop....
, May 2022
Long waits at each stop. Staff not engaged. Very few buses. Choose another company, perhaps I love Rome
Just as hoped for
, Apr 2022
The tour and recorded narration were very helpful. Two tips: it can be challenging to find your bus among the ten different bus tours picking up at the same place, and the explanation about where to plug in your complimentary earbuds is easy to miss. There is a panel in the wall by your seat where you plug in and select your language.

Too slow. All the other companies and busses come all the time. It was exhausting waiting for each bus.

Not much Value Added
, Apr 2022
Would not recommend this option.if you do, DON’T buy more then 1 trip/day, and get on at the Terminni Station stop. Neither the WiFi or recorded tour systems worked. Seats were uncomfortably small. Try some else….don’t waste your money on this lost cause.

Not worth it
, Apr 2022
The bus took ages to come- we waited and gave up a few times before actually catching the bus. The bus stopped SO long as each stop when it picked up new people, sorted out admin. It was so dull. We couldn’t use the guide through ear phones on the bus as we get kept getting electric shocks in our ears. Totally rubbish, our worst experience in Rome. Would not recommend or both again.

, Apr 2022
An excellent tour bus, full of information while aboard, stops are near attractions, bus is clean and tidy. Great value for money.
the tour was okay nbut not easy to connect to
, Mar 2022
It was very difficult to assess where we could pick up the tour from the booking process. We actually walked all over to find a "pick up " point and thought more information needed to be given
