Elsa was a great tour guide with in-depth knowledge of the city and country's history. She was also able to share personal experiences of the recent history of the region. The tour included a stop for Bosnian coffee and a stop for a local dish towards the end of the tour. I would highly recommend!

Guide have great history knowledge but very poor people skills. This tour should not include food as it was very poor quality and cheap! I would not recommend this tour.

Elsa was the best guide I have ever had out of over 20 countries around the world. She was personable, honest, and gave real advise. I wish I could carry her in my pocket for all of my travels. Most of all, she made everything fun. Elsa thank you for being a highlight of our honeymoon.

This exceeded our expectations in terms, of not being given too much boring detail! Elsa was an informative guide, with plenty of her own stories to tell to bring the tour to life. There was an good balance of enough history without being overwhelmed. There was one coffee and one food tasting, and we had hoped for more, so if you are looking for a food walk, this is not really it!

First of all, visit Sarajevo. Then take this tour to get a taste literally and feel for the city. It is such a complex place that you need a local to explain it all to you. Rijad was an outstanding guide who never rushed regardless of the number of times I stopped to take pictures. We took a 4 hour tour and it was perfect. We got a handle on the Old Town to the point that I could travel back there on my own the next day and find all the places that had interested me. Our guide recommended I return to Gallery 11/07/95 which is the history of the Srebrenica massacre and was well worth the visit. The best burek is also made in Sarajevo and we had that for lunch. Take the tour and then go back for more.
