Nice event for family reunion

Loved the cruise. The boarding time needs to be under the departure details. It was difficult to find. Quiche was cold, shrimp was rubbery, but everything else was nicely done. I wish we had an option to pick if wecould sit by a window, as well. Overall it was a nice time for a family reunion

Relaxing on the river.

I am 71 years old and I just enjoyed sitting in the air conditioned bar with a margarita in my hand and watching the river roll by. My teen grandchildren enjoyed roaming around the boat, eating desert after brunch, drinking soda and watching the dolphins! Yes, I enjoyed that, too!

Great cruise and site seeing, ok food and service

The Georgia Queen is a beautiful boat and sails on the gorgeous and peaceful Savannah River. Sailing was definitely the best part. The food was great but the boat was crowded with many others on the same excursion. The decor inside the dining room is a little outdated but the views from the deck made up for it. We were able to board the boat and eat before it took off sailing which was nice. The cruise was narrated by a very knowledgeable captain and we learned a lot about Savannah's history. There were times when it was hard to hear the narration due to the deck speakers not being loud enough. We were on the deck for a bit during the cruise but came back inside to our table to have a bit more to eat and the staff had put dirty dished (plates and utensils) on our table that were not ours. A bit unsettling and unsanitary, especially during the pandemic.

The cruise was great. The food was good and the boat was nice and clean. The announcer talked the entire 90 minute cruise. It was the most annoying thing ever, and so was his voice. Dude...stfu. Please. I took one star off for that shiyat.

Sunday Brunch on the riverboat
raysha

the food offered on the Sunday brunch was very good, and there was plenty of food. The cruise leaves at 1, but the brunch is available as soon as you get on the boat. It is nice to be able to eat before the boat leaves the dock. The narration began after most of the people were done eating and could go outside to see the sights along the river.

The food was good, service was great. Nice boat ride. Three decks to hang out if you got the bunch otherwise it's two. We had a nice time. Will bring kids next time.
