Lucinda was a great tour leader. She was patient and rolled with the punches (our van needed to be changed). We really appreciated all of the planned bathroom breaks and the time spent at Mt Rainier was a nice amount in order to get a good hike in!

Our tour guide's name was John. He made our experience absolutely amazing! The ride from Seattle to Mt. Rainer is about 2hrs, so John took us to a supermarket near the mountain to buy our snacks and lunch for the day. He had a cooler in the bus to keep our food cold throughout the day. When we arrived at Mt. Rainer, he took us to multiple incredible spots and trails and gave us ample time to see everything and take pictures. He also times one of the trails perfectly so we could see the rainbow by the waterfall! John gave us plenty of bathroom breaks and gave us a lot of information about the area and the park throughout our trip. He also gave passengers the option to stay on the bus if there was a trail they didn't want to do. At the end of our tour, he took us to an ice cream spot and highly recommended the huckleberry flavor. It was a hit! Overall, wonderful experience. We are glad we participated in this tour. Thanks, John!!!

We were lucky to have a guide like Ron . Told us historically about how this became a national park , brought us to the most beautiful points of the park explaining about its formations geologically… we could never have done this tour like this on our own . Also we were in luck Mt Rainier was out in the sun in her glory !

I would highly recommend this day tour - you will be amazed with what you see and learn. Thank you so much Rob for all that you taught us about Mount Rainer, her history and formation and for your wonderful stories.

Our tour guide Mark elicited positive energy throughout. This was a worthwhile experience! 9/10 rating! The only thing I would suggest and wish is a stop by at a restaurant as well but we did stop for some Huckleberry icecream and it was the BEST icecream I ever had.

Nice tour. Great tour guide (he was great, but I already forgot name). Lots of stops and photo ops. 90 minute stop at Paradise Inn perfect for quick hike up to amazing photo ops. Fair warning, the hikes up are pretty strenuous, but there are easier ones. Choose wisely. Very warm weekend, so the bus trip was kinda hot on way back home, but not so much to take away rating stars. For a full 10 hr trip to such an amazing place, I found it to be a really great value.

    The magic of the mountain

Our Guide ensured that the whole trip was very enjoyable and well paced. Walking in the deep forest with those beautiful huge old growth trees was magical. The mountain itself getting closer and bigger as we ascended further up into the park revealed its majesty.

    Great trip, However ...

    , Aug 2022
This is a great way to access Mt. Rainer. I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel that the Pioneer Square pick-up spot is rather unsafe at 6:30 a.m with so many homeless people on the square. Unfortunately, some guests were very late and others were at the wrong address, leading to a 45 minute delay in the start. It was record breaking heat the day of the trip and the bus basically had no air the second half of the day. However, Ron was a very organized and knowledgeable guide. I do recommend.
