This activity will end right where it started. We'll pick you up where you're staying in Downtown Seattle including any hotel, Airbnb, hostels, and the port. If you are staying outside our legal downtown pick-up zone, we are happy to meet you at our default pick up location—The Sheraton Grand Hotel. We offer pick-up on Bainbridge Island or in Port Angeles upon request. We will call/text/email around noon the day prior to your tour to confirm your pick-up location and exact pick-up time. No need to check-in before we contact you (unless you have a question, of course!).
After being picked up at your hotel in downtown Seattle, climb into a luxury vehicle and begin the journey to Olympic National Park.

The park features snow-covered mountains, rain forests, and the majestic Pacific coastline. There are remote beaches, plus the country’s oldest forests and one of Washington’s most dramatic mountain ranges. The Olympic Peninsula is home to some of the greatest wilderness left in the United States, including sixteen species of plants and animals that evolved here—and nowhere else. Enjoy short, interpretive nature walks throughout the day. If there is enough snow for snowshoeing, the guide will bring all the necessary equipment.

Learn forest ecology and the geology of the stunning Olympic Mountains. Weather permitting, drive up to Hurricane Ridge for incredible mountain views and spot wildlife and waterfalls along the scenic routes. Visit the pristine waters of stunning Crescent Lake in the northern foothills of the Olympic Mountains. This lake was carved by glaciers, so it’s an ideal spot for those in search of natural beauty. On days when weather closes access to Hurricane Ridge, visit the sandy coastline of the Dungeness Wildlife Refuge or spend more time among the forests and waterfalls of the Elwha Valley.

At midday, a gourmet picnic is provided. Please see the Itinerary section for menu information.

Excellent tour! We had so much fun exploring the beautiful Olympic National Park and seeing a couple different places within it. Our tour guide Meg was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and passionate about the area and was very friendly and had anything we needed.

The guide was very nice,...

The guide was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Five stars for the guide. However, the mini-bus ride was awful. It was cramped and since my wife and I were picked up last, we had to sit in separate rows next to strangers for the entire 12 hour day. This was not ok and we will never take a trip such as this ever again.
icon Response from Host , May 2022
Hi Marek, Thank you for sharing your experience, I'm sorry our tour wasn't what you were looking for. Hopefully you and your wife were able to be together for the few hours of the tour where you weren't in the van. If you ever aren't happy on your tour, you should let you guide know so they can adjust and make the trip more enjoyable for you. Our tours are not run out of large buses as we want to keep our guest capacity limited to 10. Our vans don't have the space a charter bus would, but we're able to go places those buses can't go and keep the experience more intimate and personal for each of our travelers. For anyone specifically looking for larger bus based tours, I would be happy to offer recommendations for local companies who provide this type of experience! Best of luck in your future travels, DJ | Evergreen Escapes

My fiance and I did the all-inclusive day tour of Olympic National Park with our tour guide Meg. We had an amazing time! Meg kept us well-supplied with extra jackets, snowshoes, and a seemingly endless supply of snacks and drinks. Lunch was delicious and we saw so many cool sights. Meg was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna as well. Highly recommended tour!

Great trip. Sean was one the best tour guides I have had with intimate knowledge of the park and he took us to some of the most beautiful spots in the NP. Too bad we could not do Hurricane Ridge due to the snowstorm, but other than that everything was perfect.

Hi RD, I am glad you had a great time! We take pride in our guide's knowledge and abilities, and it's nice to see that recognized. Hope to have you back with us in the future! Best, DJ | Evergreen Escapes

Mossy & Snowy
Kimberly_V
, May 2022
Our tour guide Sean started the journey off with amazing geographical, historical and comical stories. Crescent Lake was mystic and filled with crystal turquoise water. The hike to the waterfall was mossy and enchanting. From there we went snow shoeing in Hurricane Ridge. An unexpected but amazing change of adventure. Oh yeah, lunch was delicious as well! Thank you Sean and Allyson.

Hi Kimberly, Thank you for the kind words and sharing your experience! With how many different sights you get to see on the Olympic National Park tour, it's no wonder that tour is one of our most popular! Cheers, DJ | Evergreen Escapes

Amazing but too much traveling
Alfonso_L
, May 2022
So the tour guides were amazing and they really take care of us. what I did not like was the whole concept of the tour. We didnt see enough of the peninsula and most of the time we traveled by car and ferry (so, 6 hours of driving and ferry in total+ driving between places) . I think the trip would make a lot more sense with just one stop and walking the rest of the day, probabbly adding some coast to the hiking . You dont pay 300 dollars to be stuck 7+ hours in a car. Just be mindful of that. The park and the places you see are indeed amaZing and beautiful though
icon Response from Host , May 2022
Hi Alfonso, Thanks for sharing your experience, I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations. The drive out to the Olympic National Park is quite a long drive, even with it being broken up with the ferry ride. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that. If we just stopped at one location, we don't think our guests would get to see as much of the park as they should - we really like to highlight the diversity of the park. Driving out to the coast would actually add roughly another two hours to the drive time, so that would equate to more time in the car, and less time being able to explore the park. I am glad you thought the sights were amazing and beautiful, and hope that the diversity you were able to see made the trip more worth it. Best of luck in your future travels, DJ | Evergreen Escapes

Our tour guide, Marty, was very knowledgeable and took good care of us, bringing a delicious breakfast and lunch. The hike through the old growth forest was fascinating and the views from Lake Crescent were spectacular. Another wonderful trip!

We have a really great guide! He is nice, and professional and also prepared really good food, drinks and snacks for us. I like the walks in the forest, which gave us a great exploring experience. It is good to see so many interesting and unique species along the way. I think it’s totally worth the money.

Hi Shuqin, I am so glad you had a great time on your tour! We love walks in the forest too - such an exceptional way to connect with nature and oneself. Cheers, DJ | Evergreen Escapes
