Fantastic Day Tour

We took this tour on Sat 9/18/21 & had a fantastic time, the driver was friendly and provided excellent facts on Seattle. The 2 winery stops were excellent & lunch was fantastic. The waterfall is beautiful and we had ample time for pictures. We were also able to stop for a quick visit to Boehm's Candy for their delicious chocolates.

Excellent but costly.

Our tour guide Cory was very knowledgeable and entertaining during the entire tour. We went to two wine tastings and a unique chocolate shop as well as the beautiful waterfalls. The only downside is that the wine tastings were a separate charge as well as lunch. The Chateau Ste Michelle was $25 per person for 4 tastings and the Goose Ridge was $15 for 5 but they gave us others and offset the cost of the tastings if you bought bottles of wine. The Goose Ridge was just a tasting room but was way more educational than the Chateau. Lunch at Chateau Ste Michelle was excellent and was about $40 for two, so a $100 per person tour turned into a $200 per person tour. Just be aware. This is not fully disclosed when booking.

This tour was great! Our tour guide, Mark, shared a lot of history about Seattle as we drove to the vineyards. The people at Goose Ridge were very informative about how their wine is made. Bought some cider from them :)

Guide was awesome Very fun but would have Preferred to go to a vineyard rather than to a tasting room in a strip mall.

Really great tour. Our guide was excellent. He was personable and knowledgeable. We even got a brief tour of the city. I just wish wine tasting was included in the price. The chocolate factory was a nice bonus.

Don’t go

The falls were beautiful. But a long drive just see for 45 minutes. We never went to a winery. Just a tasting room in a strip mall. The candy store was nothing. There are lots of candy stores better. 6 hours of a wasted day.

Great wine and beautiful falls

The Snoqualmie Falls and Winery Tour in the Woodenville area was very nice. The two wineries we visited (Maryhill and Goose Ridge) had outstanding wine tastings and lunch at Maryhill was wonderful. Our guide Mark was fun and kept the passengers entertained with his trivia game.

Very average but pretty much as advertised. The falls were nice but I felt they are not worth the drive. The wines tasted were good but the entire group was confused as to the process at Chateau St Michelle. The guide quickly went through directions then without asking to be sure all was understood, he left. I tried to catch his attention but he was quick to leave. The group was very confused and it was several minutes and after inquiring were we served the tasting wines. By this time, several folks has given up and just walked at round the grounds. Note that Some in our group of 15 seemed to really enjoy the day. If you want to taste a few wines and get out of the city, you may enjoy this tour but I would not select this tour over a tour such as Mt Rainier.

The plus about the location of the Waterfalls is it is not too far from the wineries. The Chateau has changed their process a lot and I am sorry to hear they were not as attentive as they should of been. We will make sure to mention to their management team. Mt. Rainier and this tour are definitely different from each other and you will not get anywhere near the same experience. Even with the confusion I am glad the tour was enjoyed. We appreciate your feedback.

Waste of time

These were not wineries. They were wine stores . The tasting at the chateau was 25 dollars. They just put 4 wines in front of everyone with no explanation. The food was ridiculously expensive and not very good. I've gotten better food at a conscience store

We appreciate you sharing your opinion of our Winery and Waterfall Tour. Gooseridge is a very well known Boutique winery and the Chateau is one of the most famous wineries in Washington. Both of these locations we visit are highly rated. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy visiting either of them or your food selections. Unfortunately we do not control the tasting fee prices but do list the price range so our guests can be prepared. They usually offer discounts should wine be purchased however we leave that option up to each individual guest. Again, thank you for your review as feedback is always appreciated.
