Fun Food Tour at Pike Place Market, Seattle

Woody is a great tour guide, with lots of local knowledge. The tastings we enjoyed were varied and interesting. It's definitely a good idea to go on an early tour as by the time we ended, the market was very crowded! It would have been very difficult to experience the market the way we did if we had gone later.

The tour exceeded our expectations. Lucky's knowledge and humor made it a delightful experience. The samples were pretty good, too! We revisited many of the places and made purchases. We shared our experience with people on our next tour and they said that they were going to book it. Bravo! A winner!

Average Food Tour

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, however he talked very fast and I tended to end up draining the talking out and focusing on other things because the tour was rushed. Because directions weren't given well to others in the group who booked directly they were late. We didn't do the full time and I felt we were cut short. The tour guide did apologize. I've done several food tours and this one was not as good at the ones I've done in other states. I picked this tour because of the raving reviews so this may just have been a random happening.

Please email us directly so we can follow up with you and send you a gift card as a thank you. The tour was very enjoyable. "Lucky" our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the Market Place and it's local vendors. The food samplings gave us an idea of the many different options the market Place has to offer.

So much fun to get that look at the market before it got too crowded. Will (our guide) have us so much background and history that we left with a much greater appreciation of the market than just a tourist destination.
