A must do tour in Sedona

This was my 3rd Viator tour in Sedona and like first two that I took earlier in the year, it was a pleasant experience. The vehicle was comfortable, our guide was both knowledgeable and amusing. The tour departed on time and finished as advertised. The tour covered exactly the scenic areas that were advertised. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sedona. One could certainly drive this route- but having a driver allows for undistracted viewing of incredibly beautiful scenery along with informative commentary from the guide.

We had the best time on this tour. Our tour guide was great! I lost my notes and I'm terrible with names, but he showed us parts on the area we would never have found on our own. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Canyon was beautiful.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR!

You know what the worst part about writing this review is? Knowing that our tour guide, Wyatt, was AMAZING, but the business (specifically the blonde manager), was unprofessional, inconsiderate and poor. I will NEVER recommend this jeep tour company. Here’s the situation: I booked a reservation for a bridal party of 7. Upon arrival, we’re told to wait until 10:25/10:27 to return. No problem. We’re waiting around and finally boarded. Our tour started about 10 minutes late (this part is important). While we were loaded up and waiting for the tour to begin, a couple (NOT affiliated with our BACHELORETTE party) walked up to the Jeep tours to book a tour. The MANAGER announces two more will be joining our party. I objected. We booked our tour well in advance under the impression it would be a private tour. One of the members of our party is immunocompromised and we all got COVID tests prior to this trip to ensure our safety. The MANAGER refuses AFTER hearing this information. She told me “if you want this jeep to yourselves, you're going to have to buy THREE MORE TICKETS." I refused. She THEN proceeds to say, "You all can just wear a mask" - THANK YOU UNCERTIFIED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL! Th stipulation for 10 tickets was indicated NOWHERE on the website, hence why we were under a completely different impression. Furthermore, we purchased SEVEN tickets IN ADVANCE! I think that's pretty close to 10 if you ask me. I went back after the tour to air my grievances. She firmly suggested we could book with one of the many other jeep tour companies next time. This woman prioritized making a quick buck over ensuring the adequacy of our experience. She was so grossly offensive and unprofessional. I will be contacting the owner immediately. Sincerely, Disappointed

The staff that does the check in don’t have the best customer service skills so I concerned on how our experience was going to be. Luckily Moose was an excellent tour guide!! We had an hyper 5 year old with us and he kept him entertained was happy and made us laugh. Great experience! Thanks moose!

Did not enjoy the tour. Our guide said there would be a few stops to take pictures, he barely slowed for us to take pictures. Thought we would see more.

Drove along highway only (same way we drove in to Sedona). Our guide (very nice guy) listing facts about area and animals. On the way back spoke of his personal experiences / beliefs concerning Hopi tribe and future of the universe. Will not use again or recommend to friends.
