A must see a n Sevilla!!

Excellent walking tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the history of Sevilla and every area she took us. Beginning at Jardines de Murillo gave us the opportunity to appreciate the development of the area, the Jewish settlement and how Sevilla was won by Felipe III from the Arab people. Having the opportunity to go up to the top of the Giralda tower was a breathtaking experience as well as visiting the Christopher Columbus mausoleum. In sum, also a must have in Sevilla!!

Tour of Alcazar and Cathedral

Tour was in both Spanish and English so each stop ended up taking a long time and there was a lot of waiting around until the guide finished the other language. Felt like we could have gotten more information if the tour was only in one language, as described in the booking. Also, the microphones/earphones had a lot of feedback so I ended up keeping the headpiece out of my ear most of the time. Pace was too slow, but the guide was nice.

A good introduction to the city

First of all, Tania, the guide, deserves a medal for being a literal Rosetta Stone, speaking Spanish, French, and English on our tour. That said, a word of warning to the English speakers, I was bumped from my English guided tour to a Spanish/French one because I was the only English speaker booked for that day. You will still get plenty out of the tour, which, though long, still feels much too short to glean all you want to glean from these UNESCO World Heritage sites. There actually are long queues to get in these places, and I can't lie when I say it felt good to leave others roasting in the hot sun while we passed into the shade. You also tour the Santa Cruz neighborhood before getting to the Alcazar. A lovely introduction to only a part of this world-class city.

Walking around Seville

Very pleasant walking tour in Seville. Cathedral was closed so we visited Pilates, Santa Cruz and the Palace. Informative guide who spoke good English. Very few people in Seville at the moment so a great time to visit.

A highlight

This was a nice tour, but was hindered by a rather dull guide, and a hugely disjointed transition between the Alcazar abnd the Cathedral That said, it was a highlight! The Alcazar is incredible, and the tour info added to the event. And, despite the confusion, getting into the Cathedral, and going to the top of the bell tower, amazing. The guided tour within helped make sense of everything, even if we lingered a long time where it seemed less interesting and shorter at where it was interesting. Get a tour. No matter what, if visiting these places, get a tour!

Great tour, questionable guide

The tour itself was good - a nice length and with just the right amount of information. The places we visited were spectacular. I found the tour guide to be friendly, but at times felt uncomfortable with some of his remarks and behaviours towards younger women that we encountered during the tour. I have always been very impressed with Viator tours and guides, but this guide sometimes needed to check himself a little more closely.
