The instructors should pay attention to the fact that this is an experience for beginners!

The location was easy to find but the experience was not enjoyable. It took overall 3 hours with only 20 minutes of actual diving. I have booked this experience for beginners for a reason - this was my first time diving. As the instructors said themselves, the group that I was in was too large. There was very little time given to get used to the equipment and the actual diving. I and another guy had to hold onto the instructor when we got into the water and he just started pulling us down. It was hard to adjust and understand what's going on going at the speed that we were going. We were not given time to test the waters - just pulled down to the very bottom. 4 of my group had to go up almost immediately. I did go down but the instructor disappeared, so I decided to go up before panic kicks in and my breathing gets even harder. I didn't see any animals or swim at all under the water. They should go down slowly, do not overbook themselves and let participants adjust to this total new experience especially as it is for beginners. My ear is still blocked as we went down so fast and my experience was almost a week ago now.

It was truly an amazing experience and our instructor was very friendly and explained everything well. We didn't see any turtles but lots of fish. We would definitely recommend it. Friendly staff and great equipment. We were told in our confirmation email to turn up 30 minutes before the start time but we sat around for a while so wasn't really necessary to be that early. All in all great experience!

Poor equipment

The instructors were friendly but the equipment (wet suits, fins and masks) were poor. My wet suit had badly torn wrist cuffs and so water just flowed in and out of my arms not keeping me warm at all. My sons mask did not fit properly even though it was changed twice, while under water it constantly let water in and he never stopped clearing it, in the end he gave up and surfaced. Just to cap it off there was absolutely no sign of and turtles.
