Departure & Return
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall holding a plate with the name provided during the booking process (arrival transfer)/ or in the hotel lobby (departure transfer)

- Pickup for return transfer is 3.5 hour before the departure time

- Please be advised, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are monitored in case of any flight delays. In the event of a delay, the supplier will be waiting for you
- Please indicate arrival and departure flight numbers as well as hotel drop-off and departure pickup information

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
