It was very pleasant day with Rick our host. He was very patient and unassuming. The wine tours were great and the lunch was very good too. Rick recommended a good restaurant for that evening in the old town of Valencia. It was a good one too. The next morning I saw Rick in the Park with a group of cyclist and we had a brief chat about his recommended restaurant.

We really enjoyed our experience. Paul was a great host, plus has a unique personal background. The two wineries we visited were quite interesting, had a fascinating history, and we learned a lot. We also got to see some rural Spain and had a very good lunch in a small village. We highly recommend it.
