Terrible experience. I bought Three tickets online for the evening bus and was then told on a call that the evening bus was not running. The agent in the office told me to email for a refund, which I did and I never received an email back or a refund.

Not bad, but you can walk to a lot of the major attractions from the centre Wien , we went from our Hotel to Belvedere Museum by 2 buses red route and blue route you have to change on route and it took one and a half hours, we decided to walk back to hotel after visit , it took 20 minuets, so I would say wait a day get your bearings before you bye a ticket at 30 euros for 2 days its not cheep, the trams are better value.

GREAT TOUR

WE took the two day pass option and really could have done three. On the first day we went around both of the two routes, which helped us decide what we wanted to go and visit the following day. The buses were comfortable and warm for the time of year. The audio commentary was clear and very informative, which assisted our hop off and hop on programme. It was good value for money and the route covered all the highlights of this fascinating city.. Don't miss it!
