I contacted the Tour Guide, about being stuck in traffic and, I'd meet them at the next location via text. No response back from the tour guide. Additionally we were told to meet up at Rhodes Bar. Rhodes Bar no longer exists and is now a plaque on the side of the wall. The previous tours I've been on with Viator, was very clear on where to meet and if it was a bar location, the bar is actually a real place not a plaque on the wall of a bar that no longer exists.

John was great! He was knowledgeable, super friendly and funny. He was kind enough to text everyone in the group beforehand to introduce himself and made sure we were showing up. It was super cold but the walking kept us warm. We had a great time!

Overall is was a great experience. DC at night is beautiful and the buildings we saw were pretty cool. However, the reason I give 3 stars is due to a lack of buildup to the cool ghost aspect. The experience was more like “this happened here and some people say they experience [this and that] while being here” and then we moved on to the next site. I feel as if I wanted that experience I could have done my own research and walked around myself. A little more energy and storytelling would’ve went a LONG WAY. I would still recommend this to someone visiting DC. Most places close early in DC and this is a good thing to do at night and then go to bars.

Not a good tour. The evening started with one of the tour guides (Stewart) being a no-show. One guide wound up having to tour two groups combined into one. The guide we wound up with, Sana was upbeat and peppy. She definitely lacked the gravitas required for a ghost tour. It felt like she was leading a group of young children. She used the phrase "ya know" in almost every sentence and sometimes more than once in a single sentence. Her knowledge of history was less than fantastic. We paid for the 90 minute tour but gave up and left at the conclusion of the 60 minute portion of the tour.
