First thing to emphasise is that I really enjoyed my day, the lakes are stunning. The minivan was comfortable, and the guide we had was friendly and knowledgeable. Only thing was, there were a few aspects of the trip that just weren't as advertised. My hotel was close to the Bus station, so being picked up there would have been ideal, but the pick up was actually at a hotel further away from mine - not a big deal though. There was no stop in Rastoke - disappointing, it looked really nice. The tour of the lakes was fully guided - this was a bonus, we got to areas we wouldn't have otherwise. 9 hours for the trip ended up being 7.5.
