This voucher was not accepted at Zion National Park. The address from it is the Visitor Center, and they don’t know what it’s all about. I feel robbed, and very disappointed.

They don’t let cars get into the areas where this app tells to go “drive” to. So the app was completely useless. I’d like by $10 back.

Zion’s Floor of the Valley is accessible by car, bike, or shuttle — and this audio tour works on all three. East Zion is only accessible by car. Visitors who prefer to drive should note the park’s restrictions and ensure they have permission (see the park’s website, as described). Nevertheless, we are happy to issue a refund for any experience that wasn’t great. Please email us with your receipt.
