Never found the starting location in time (poor address on our voucher) so we missed the trip. Something more accurate than 8005 Zurich (turns out to be an area code) would have helped.

We regret the problem you were facing but wish to point out that on the booking/voucher it says Departure point. Bus Station, 8005 Zurich. This is correct and but when only '8005 Zurich' is searched/googled than you get the information of the area 8005 and not the bus terminal. Our tours are leaving from the Bus Terminal, which is centrally located just 200 meter behind Zurich-HB (main railway station). We would have assisted you in finding the spot if you would have called us.

It was really nice learning about Zurich’s rich history and really fast to get to my on a layover. The address on the site isn’t a complete address which did make it a little difficult to get dropped off. It would’ve been nice to have the address to the Starbucks that the site references. My Uber driver got lost.

No proper address mention on the website or printed on ticket. We have to call Viator and was referred to the local vendor to give us the instruction of the meeting place. When the tour ended, we were just dropped off on the opposite street not as advertised on the website. Giving us so much inconvenience to walk back to the terminal specially to people with mobility issue like my wife and to people waiting to pick us up. Took us 10-15 min to walk back. For your info: Tour date was October 20th 2pm tour. Please specify more clearly and advise the driver to bring us back to the terminal as advertised. Very upsetting.

It was a great quick tour of the city. I highly can recommend it if one wants to get the overall picture and has a limited time. there was a little confusion and the start of the tour as it looks like two companies are offering the same tour starting at the same place, but it was well handled. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
