Zurich Tour: 6 hours on shore, on water, in the air!

Thanks for your feedback but let us disagree with your critic! You’re right, sometimes (very rare) we have as guests elderly, families with children or people that are not very fit BUT at WOW ZHRICH TOURS we’re discouraging the racism and discrimination! You’re exaggerating when you’re complaining about all the other guests! It’s a small group tour, not a private one and you should be able to get on well with the other guests, regardless their skin color and origins. As the guide told me, there was a young couple with a child that slowed a bit down the group, but tolerance and a civilized behavior are some of our values, and in this case your tour was extended by 30 min to make sure you’re covering the whole schedule and activities. By the way, at the lunch break, your friend was the one being unpunctual because he went to a grocery to buy some drinks and he didn’t show up on time! The guide was patient and didn’t leave without him even with the risk to miss the boat! How could you feel to be left behind or excluded from the tour? Next time when you’re gonna explore some other cities, make sure you’re booking a jogging tour instead a walking tour, and maybe you’ll cut off a bit the time spent/wasted there. But our guests, will definitely like to enjoy our 6 hour tour on a leisurely pace, having some photo opportunities, learning interesting facts about some tourist attractions that Zurich has to offer, taking a quick lunch break, experiencing a 45-50 min cruise on Lake Zurich, traveling to our little mountains and not getting rushed and stressed out.
